This company is a small Biotech organisation based in Berlin, focusing on a very innovative therapy approach in the area of Oncology. They were founded not long ago but have already made some great headway over the last years, bringing them to a point where they require urgent assistance building and leading their Quality Management department.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Plan and implement a Quality Management plan in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the clinical and other internal departments on quality issues
- Oversee and take charge of internal documentation processes
- Liaise and provide key input on GCP and GMP related issues
- Operational and team management of the QM division as well as future employees of the QM department

A suitable candidate for the role will have:
- Experience as a Quality Professional in the Life Science industry
- Strong background in Quality Assurance, ideally in a Clinical environment
- Ideally first knowledge of Oncology
- A mix of GCP and GMP knowledge is required for this role
- Fluency in English and German
- An independent, pro-active and disciplined work approach as well as an interest in building a department/team
- Experience working in a smaller sized company required
