I am supporting a Telecommunications business in Zurich with the search for B2C Call Centre Agents (20 positions). You will work in home office as long as the Corona measures are in force, but be onsite afterwards.
The ideal candidate is a very customer-oriented person who enjoys telephone and written communication from B2C customers and who works independently and precisely. We have multiple positions available and applicants must be fluent in French or German.
Tasks and areas of responsibility:
* Processing of telephone and written customer requests (inbound and outbound)
* Independent monitoring of ongoing activations and deriving necessary measures
* Troubleshooting in the area of IPAD TV Applications and the resulting case management
* Generation of added value for our customers through cross- and up-selling of the existing product portfolio
* Multiple positions - German speakers (13) and / or French speakers (7)
* Bonus languages: Italian and English
* Experience in dealing with customers (direct customer contact)
* Good negotiating skills and distinctive expression
* Start date: March/April
* Workload: 80-100% (100% preferred)
* Remote / Home Office: Yes during the Corona period, afterwards onsite in Zurich
