Ihre Aufgaben:
• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues, communicates, and collaborates closely with the respective HR Business Partner throughout the process
• Partners with internal and external employment law counsel as appropriate
• Works collaboratively to ensure consistent application and interpretation of company policies and contracts
• Interacts with employees, the designated union representatives and/or Works Council to build a positive rapport and foster a collegial and collaborative working environment
• Supports/leads efforts towards organizational design in different layers of the organization

• Participates in the deployment of global change management projects for HR and Business excellence
• Leads talent and development efforts to support the functional or country specific needs
• Provides employees and managers with coaching for development and insights towards development action of talent pipeline
• Supports managers in the development and review of performance improvement plans and corrective actions 
• Provides insights and enables employee survey action plans through the organization to continue to sustain our collaborative, global and dynamic work environment
• Advises employees and managers on regards to total rewards matters on an ad hoc basis

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, organizational psychology, business or related field 
• HR Professional Certification preferred
• Profound experience as a HR Business Partner (Generalist) working in a dynamic, global and matrix organization
• Experience managing diverse client groups in different functions/locations
• Excellent command of English and German
• Skilled communicator and influencer within a diverse environment
• Ability to proactively develop and implement effective Change management plans for key HR and business initiatives
• Customer focus & results orientation
• Able to thrive between strategic and tactical work with ease
• Capability to manage complex employee relations cases and investigations 
• Talent to build strong relationships and positively influence others
