I started my career at Accenture where I supported and managed several large scale transformation projects at many of Europe’s major investment banks and financial institutions, e.g. in designing and delivering core trading architectures, post-merger and regulatory change initiatives.
My experience and key strengths range from project management, strategy definition and operating model design, process design and functional requirements analysis as well as test planning and realization. My process knowledge in Capital Markets ranges from front to back office and my product expertise covers all major asset classes. I gained a wide range of international experience having worked in Tokyo, Singapore and New York as well as in Amsterdam, Zurich, Vienna and London.
Through my expertise with a broad spectrum of investment banking areas and clients, I have developed a strong knowledge in the Capital Markets sector and of the Investment Banking value chain.
I graduated from the University des Saarlandes with a diploma in Business Administration focusing on Systems and Information Management, Operations Research and Econometrics, followed by a post-graduate study in “Consulting”.
From April 2012 until end of 2015 I was a member of the German Baringa Partners leadership team with a focus on developing Baringa’s consulting business in the area of Financial Services / Capital Markets in the German-speaking market.
From January 2016 until end of 2019 I was co-leading a large scale transformational outsourcing project
in the core banking space as an independent contractor followed by several mandates to design the global
target operating model of foreign branches for the same client.
