The work spans the full transformation stack. On the banking side: Temenos core banking, Backbase digital banking, Temenos FCM for financial crime, SOLAR by Solanteq for issuing, acquiring, gateway, switching, 3DS, tokenisation and clearing, and the supporting Azure topology — including the regulatory dossiers, RTO/RPO commitments, DR design and direct engagement with regulators. On the retail side SAP Commerce Cloud, the Mirakl marketplace program, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Commerce, SCM, Operations Activity) and the associated SAP and D365 vendor ecosystems.
I approach program architecture-first and vendor-disciplined. That means: ground-truth taxonomies before integration; milestone-based, back-loaded contracts with negotiated DPAs and data-loss carve-outs; explicit golden-source assignment when more than one vendor can technically perform a function; and an evidence base that survives supervisory review (BIAN-aligned, DORA-aware, PSD2-/AMLR-compliant). On the AI track implemented Microsoft's D365 Copilot Skilled Agents in returns and fulfilment using a confidence-escalated decision model (auto / assist / escalate) rather than blanket automation.
I am open to fractional CTO, interim executive, board advisory, due diligence, IT carve-out / integration, regulatory remediation, vendor renegotiation, program rescue and management and architectural review mandates. I operate in English for international engagements and Romanian for local market work, and I am comfortable carrying personal accountability in front of regulators, supervisory boards, investment committees and group owners.
