SAP FICO Solution Owner - ad interim (Roche) as external, and since June 2020 as internal Roche Employee for EMEA Business Partnering & Service Ownership
Leading Support team (Tech Mahindra Ltd with 22 FICO members) as well as coordinating with Solution Delivery Team (Roche IT). Responsible for delivering of FICO SAP services for running solutions and projects or new FICO functionalities. Coordinating the managed service providers TECHM and Accenture as well as with other IT Partners and Vendors and making sure that services delivered by them meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) according to contracts. Accountable for SAP Finance activities and interfaces with Business Organizations by Roche. Providing proven experience from previous Roche projects and sharing expert knowledge in FICO area of expertise across the sales affiliates in America, EMEA and Asia. Communication and coordination FICO expertise across different SAP systems. Proof of concept and preparation for implementation of RAR for S/4 HANA. SAP BRIM Solution for Digital Products.
