- Led the business-side implementation of an enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management solution at Raiffeisen Bank International, coordinating business stakeholders, IT teams, architecture, development and testing.

Finance Transformation & Business Intelligence
Led the implementation of an enterprise-wide BI and budgeting solution supporting approximately 130 budget owners and more than 1,000 cost centres, including requirements engineering, process standardisation and organisational rollout.

Global IT & Procurement Transformation
Coordinated the implementation of a global sourcing reporting platform at Henkel, aligning international purchasing stakeholders, IT and external consultants.

Enterprise IT Consulting
