Integration & AI architect with 15 years designing and governing enterprise integration platforms for market leaders in banking, insurance, energy, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, life sciences, telecom and the public sector. Co-founder of Timestamp:ITS, running several client programmes in parallel.

I define integration strategy end to end: target architecture and operating model (Integration CoE / C4E), API governance and lifecycle, platform security and DevOps. I manage large-scale implementations across on-premises, cloud and hybrid landscapes, and now apply the same discipline to the agentic enterprise: orchestrating AI agents over governed APIs, exposing enterprise capabilities through MCP, and engineering agent loops that are observable, evaluated, cost-controlled and safe to run in production.

- Technical lead of the largest MuleSoft programme in Portugal (country's largest energy utility).
- Owns the enterprise integration strategy of a global construction-equipment and mobility group (EUR 1.2B revenue); MuleSoft lighthouse programme across Salesforce (Core, Marketing Cloud, Commerce, Data Cloud) and the Azure data platform.
- Built integration practices from the ground up for a Fortune 500 insurer, one of the world's largest online marketplaces, a major German retail group and a global life-sciences leader.
