- Designing and supporting transformation processes by developing and implementing change management measures, planning, conducting and following up on international workshops as well as training staff on the new tools and processes.
- Responsible for gathering requirements, designing processes, conducting tests and ensuring the quality of sub-projects in close cooperation with customers and the effective coordination of developers.
