Responsible for planning and coordinating all necessary testing for the Value and Outfitting Material Flow project at the shipyard. This includes integration testing, user acceptance testing, stress tests, and regression tests. Additionally, responsible for collecting information for the cutover plan, aligning with all involved stakeholders, and driving the execution of the cutover plan and controlled startup.
Key tasks include setting up monitoring systems, defect reporting, follow-up structures, and planning and preparing the handover process. Meyer Turku is a shipyard with highly complex production and procurement processes, requiring additional developments, meticulous testing, and extensive communication and training for business users (S/4HANA implementation).

Responsible for planning and executing data migration and cutover activities for several TE acquisition projects, including two S/4HANA greenfield implementations. Played an active role in the design and implementation of the data migration process, ensuring the seamless transition of data transfer and load tools from ECC to S/4HANA (utilizing Hana Studio, SDI, and the Migration Cockpit).
Key responsibilities included:
• Planning, executing, and reporting on data migration activities.
• Developing and executing cutover plans.
• Leading a team of 15 members located across different countries and time zones, effectively managing remote collaboration.
This role required strong coordination and technical skills to navigate the complexities of cross-border teams and systems.
