→ Led $9M cost optimization workstream within a $40M enterprise-wide value creation program for a global MedTech manufacturing leader. Built the operating cadence and fact base that enabled leadership to execute savings across critical functions without compromising day-to-day performance.

→ Designed and ran value creation program for a PE-owned midcap D2C food company (€300M revenue). Set up and led PMO, drove 10% topline growth target.

→ Led multi-workstream transformation for a PE-backed CleanTech company: revised strategy and set up OKR framework for accelerated execution, then redesigned sales processes, CRM, and performance management to expand pipeline and improve conversion.

→ Built customer support operations from zero to launch for a new business vertical of an international optometry company, in close collaboration with a leading global technology manufacturer.

→ Accelerated strategy execution through OKR cycle design, facilitation, and leadership coaching for organizations including a German FinTech and a multinational e-commerce leader.
