1. HSE Process Optimization and Stakeholder Coordination (Renewable Energy – HVDC Cable Project)
Role: Manager Construction Defect Management | Scope: 55 km route section, DE | Duration: 2 years
Supported the planning and pre-construction phase of a major HVD underground cable project. Managed the investigation and evaluation of construction-related damages and implemented process improvements to optimize defect handling. Liaised with internal departments, authorities, and landowners to resolve technical and legal matters. Applied LaRA property and right-of-way management software for documentation and communication.

2. OHS Management and System Optimization (Data Center Construction Project)
Role: OHS Manager | Scope: Civil, structural, and MEP works
Responsible for on-site HSE coordination during high-complexity data center construction. Conducted safety briefings and targeted training session, established a work permit system, and continuously improved site-specific HSE processes. Collaborated closely with project management, subcontractors, and client HSE governance to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

3. HSE Advisory and Reporting Framework (Logistics and Fulfillment Centers)
Role: HSE Consultant / SiGeKo | Scope: Two consecutive large-scale construction sites, DE
Provided HSE advisory and safety coordination for the construction of two fulfillment centers, covering civil, structural, technical, and automation trades. Supported the client's central HSE reporting system by maintaining project documentation, monitoring KPIs, and conduction performance analysis. Developed tailored safety and environmental protection concepts aligned with site-specific risks.
 

4. Corporate and Site-Level HSE Management (Renewables, IT, Retail Sectors)
Role: HSE Program Lead / Corporate Safety Expert | Scope: approx. 30 sites in Europe, Asia and Central America
Supervised and supported safety specialists across multiple international sites in the renewable energy, IT, and retail sectors. Conducted conformity audits and HSE risk assessments, developed national legal registers, and implemented standardised safety management procedures. Actively contributed to corporate "Loss Prevention" and post-incident process optimisation initiatives.

5. Digitalization of HSE Processes and Reporting (Multi-Sector Environment)
Role: HSE Process Coordinator / Advisor | Scope: Multiple business units and project sites, DE & EU
Contributed to the digital transformation of HSE workflows and documentation standards across several organizations in the construction, retail, and renewable energy sectors. Supported the implementation and adaptation of electronic HSE reporting and document management systems. Collaborated with IT and operational teams to align system functionalities with field requirement, conducted user briefings, and provides ongoing support during initial rollout and stabilisation phases.

6. EU Research Project "TIMBRE – Tailored Improvement of Brownfield Regeneration in Europe"
Role: HSE Specialist / Author of Technical Guideline | Scope: European research consortium (7 countries)
Contributed to the EU-funded research project TIMBRE, focusing on the safe deconstruction and regeneration of industrial brownfield sites. Authored the technical report "Occupational Health and Safety during the Deconstruction of Buildings and Structures – Technical Guideline". Conducted best practice evaluations across multiple EU member states and developed standardised recommendations for occupational safety and health protection during dismantling and remediation works.
