I am a highly motivated assay development, HTS, and automation expert. My core expertise is in the development and optimisation of assays to support cross-departmental projects whether in proof of concept, target validation or hit to lead phase. I have extensive hands-on experience in numerous in-vitro methods and technologies as well as the miniaturization and automation of these methods for small molecule screening. I am a confident speaker, a very good team player, and a creative can-do. I can see myself working in R&D, but also as an application scientist or in product management. I am ready for the challenge.
