LFH Drying Plant Commissioning -- Poland (2024-2025)
Takeover of site management, coordination of all trades, troubleshooting and commissioning with PLC engineer. Plant running stable since handover.

Isostatic Press Installation -- Egypt & Vietnam (2022, 2025)
Supervision and commissioning of 6 hydraulic presses (~10t) with customer personnel. Hydraulic/piping construction, PLC commissioning, operator training.

Drying Plant Assessment -- Pakistan (2024)
Critical infrastructure analysis: heating capacity 2.9 instead of 10 K/h, bypassed ATEX safety systems identified. Business-critical assessment delivered.

Thermal Oil Conversion -- Major Energy Company, Germany (2022-2023)
Technical project lead, EUR 2.5M. Conversion of 5 drying ovens (~800 kW each) from pressurised water to thermal oil. Developed vacuum boil-out process for water removal from thermal oil.

ATEX-Compliant VPD Plant -- Canada (2022)
Completion and commissioning of co-developed ATEX-compliant plant generation (now industry standard).

Concrete Production Lines -- Poland (2021)
Assembly and commissioning of 2 fully automated production lines (20-50t), hydraulics, electrical, conveyor systems, operator training.
