Über mich

I have worked with leading international organizations including L'Oréal, Johnson & Johnson (Kenvue), Reckitt, Logocos Naturkosmetik and Nelsons, combining commercial leadership with hands-on expertise in retail, e-commerce and digital transformation.

My experience covers key account management, category management, business development, annual negotiations, retail partnerships, e-commerce growth and omnichannel strategy.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with major retail and e-commerce partners including Müller, dm, Rossmann, Douglas, Notino, Amazon, bol.com and leading German online pharmacy platforms.

In the beauty sector, I have supported brands such as Maybelline, Essie, Neutrogena, Piz Buin, Aveeno, bebe, SANTE, Logona and Heliotrop. My responsabilities included category management, POS markteting, assortment transitions, product launches, marketplace development and retail execution.

At L'Oréal, I supported category management and retail execution for Maybelline and Essie across Germany's leading drugstore retailers, including dm, Rossmann and Müller.

At Johnson & Johnson (Kenvue), I developed e-commerce business across the DACH region , Benelux and Eastern Europe, managing beauty, baby and personal care brands while building partnerships with leading beauty retailers and marketplaces.

At Logocos Naturkosmetik, I managed e-commerce for SANTE, Logona and Heliotrop, initiated business development activities in the Netherlands and North Africa, and led digital transformation projects including the implemetation of new PIM and DAM systems. I was also responsible for brand websites and inititated the transition from informational websites to e-commerce enabled online shops.

At Reckitt, I managed the Müller drugstore account across Germany with commercial responsibiliy for Health, Hygiene and Beauty categories, including brands such as Durex, Veet and Clearasil, and led annual negotiations and joint business planning activities.

Currently, I support Nelsons (brands including Rescue/Rescura, Bach, Ferrotone) as Interim E-Commerce & Commercial Manager, managing key online pharmacy accounts, supporting the transition from a hybrid Amazon 1P/3P model to an in-house managed 3P model, and evaluating strategic retail partnership opportunities, including Müller.

In addition, I have led digital transformation initiatives, including PIM/DAM implementations (Salsify, Canto), website transformation projects (Wordpress, Shopify), Amazon marketplace optimization and omnichannel commerce development.
