• Architected and delivered a scalable real-time data ingestion and processing platform, transitioning from batch to near-instant processing. The system achieved peak latency of ~5 seconds under heavy load, with normal operation in the sub-second to millisecond range
• Successfully rolled out 12+ enterprise real-time data use cases on the new platform. One high-throughput streaming workload consistently processed over 10,000 messages per second from more than 1,000 devices, delivering ~3MB/sec of data and substantially improving business responsiveness and operational insight
• Drove enterprise-wide adoption of the solution, which was integrated into 3 subsidiaries and over 10 business units, each with distinct operational cultures and delivery models
• Held a dual leadership role, collaborating with a community of 30+ architects on strategic alignment while directly guiding a team of 4+ engineers through the initial delivery and scaling phases
• Introduced and established key technologies (Apache Kafka, Spark, NiFi) into the enterprise technology stack, supporting the company's early adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
