Since 2007, I have worked as an independent engineer and consultant in the medical technology and drug delivery industry. My professional journey has taken me through various phases of the product lifecycle and across multiple organizational functions. I have held leadership roles in operations, driven strategic consulting initiatives, and supported clients in identifying and selecting promising medtech companies for acquisition. This diverse experience has not only deepened my technical and business understanding of the industry, but has also allowed me to build a broad network and develop a flexible, solution-oriented approach to innovation and execution.
