process to give the stakeholders the possibility about updating the steering committee on the status. In that scope I need to realize possible risks in an early stage, so it is possible to handle them in the future without big costs or eff�ort.

As Product Owner for Mobile Online Services at a luxury automotive OEM, I led the launch of the company's first mobile online services. I negotiated with customers and suppliers, defined product requirements, and ensured functional and non-functional specifications were met. I also reviewed and approved supplier results, reported to the Head of EE and CTO, and set up backend architecture to support various features.
