As a passionate HR Manager with over 20 years of professional experience, I support organizations in shaping and optimizing their HR strategies effectively. My experience includes process optimization, harmonization, and implementation, as well as leading change management initiatives and performance review processes. In addition, I have successfully managed the rollout of international initiatives and processes to local entities, ensuring alignment while respecting regional requirements.

I am highly experienced in both strategic and operational HR and have successfully built and developed HR departments from the ground up. My passion for people management drives me to support projects holistically, from initial concept through to full implementation.
