As the Director of the People Team, I was responsible for strategic and operational HR activities at the German location of the Gamma Group. Gamma is an international company in the Unified Communications sector with a total of 1800 employees. In addition to my previous position I led a dedicated team of People Business Partners who collaborate to attract, develop, and retain the best talents for our organization. With my legal background, I brought in-depth knowledge of employment law and contract management, which I applied in various national and international HR projects. I was also responsible for the training of our young talents (apprentices), whom I passionately and professionally fostered together with my team. My goal was and is to create a positive, appreciative, and human work culture where all employees feel comfortable and motivated.

In my role, I was predominantly involved in recruiting: I developed job postings, identified and attracted highly qualified talents through effective sourcing methods, direct applications, or collaboration with staffing agencies. I managed the entire selection process, conducted structured interviews, and closely collaborated with various departments across the entire company (assembly, operational areas such as procurement/sales, as well as IT and development departments) to select the right candidates.
