- 1st Referent for PIT (Plano) in DHL environment
- 2nd Referent for Pelesys (courses for pilots and mechanics)
- 3rd referent for AIMS (time scheduling and slotting for pilots and aircraft).
- Referent for Qpulse documentation Learned skills:
- Work organisation
- Meeting with internal SMT, team leaders and project managers and also with other internal departments like HR and Flight Crew Training for organise and develop all the DHL/EAT process, using the DHL Global CIS
program(Speed-Passion-CanDo-Right1stTime)
techniques.
- Meeting with external stakeholders, for new technologies and new opportunities for improving the quality of service and reducing resource consumption.
- Digitization of documents and courses to try to limit CO2 emissions in compliance with GoGreen 2050 project standards.

• Developing new interfaces for the DHL qualification Synchronisation from MyTW to
PIT using a semi automatized process
• Developing new interfaces for the data Synchronisation from eHR to PIT using a middleware from eHR side and a manually configuration from PIT server side
• Developing new interfaces for the qualification Synchronisation from Pelesys to
PIT using the PelesysAPI
