A QR code on the TV screen, a creator page on the phone, every scan and click attributed: tapp-in makes the TV audience of YouTube creators measurable. Early-stage product built with a partner (2-person team, pilot stage); I carry product and tech.
- Own product and delivery: rebuilt the QR landing-page platform in Django 5.2 (Cloud Run dev and preprod pipelines, Sentry) with parity gates against the live Next.js version, delivered with lgtmgate.
- Built agent-assisted creator sourcing and FR/DE/EN outreach preparation with personalized demo kits, Claude's verdicts validated by deterministic code (schema, abstention, dry-run): reply rate from 2-3% to ~30% across 200+ creators.

Independent AI product engineer, working from Berlin: I build AI products and the agent harness behind them. Two main pieces of work: claude-code-lgtmgate (open-source Claude Code plugin) and tapp-in.tv (early-stage product built with a partner).
Author and maintainer, claude-code-lgtmgate: open-source Claude Code plugin, a merge gate for agent-generated PRs. Five agents take GitHub issues from diagnosis to a mergeable PR. A separate-context reviewer ticks each acceptance criterion only against recorded proof. Every run outcome is a typed status, every revision loop is capped and escalates with a named cause, and merges are blocked in code on open criteria. Boosting customer re-engagement by impacting Loyalty North Star metrics and KPIs through experimentation and high-impact feature delivery within a fully remote, cross-functional team.
Team leadership: led a team of 4 to 6 engineers (iOS, Android, frontend, backend), facilitated standups, retros and bi-monthly 1:1s. Hired and onboarded 2 apprentices, 2 web developers and 1 iOS developer, and trained my iOS successor.
Delivery: shipped 30+ projects in a single year; moved the team to a faster experimentation workflow with tech, PM, design and business stakeholders. Applied Shape Up for 2 years.
Impact: built a recommendation engine from scratch; diagnosed and resolved a 50% login drop from CRM emails.

An unofficial companion app for Vélib', Paris' public bike-sharing system, solving two real commuter problems: finding a free dock near your destination, and spotting a working bike. Built and maintained solo for 5+ years, from product to App Store. Rated 4.7/5 on the App Store (FR store, 62 ratings).
- On-device bike reliability score, a TypeScript server keeping the iCloud database in sync with Vélib' open data; geofencing notifications, Siri Shortcuts and WidgetKit on iOS, a watchOS companion with complications.
- Built iOS CI/CD: GitHub Actions workflows (unit, UI, nightly Thread Sanitizer), unit tests from 98 to 416.
- Delivered with lgtmgate, from its first prototype: the iOS 26 UI revamp and the bike-scoring feature, algorithm included.
