Developing ARM subsystems based on Cortex M0, M3, M4, A53, A55 and delivering to projects with each Business Unit. Developing Synopsis subsystems based on ARC and DSP Macros and delivering to projects with each Business Unit.


Previously I was in charge of new solar product definition and business development for Infineon Technologies. This involves managing an international team, meeting with all key customers within the solar industry and making system level decisions for future Infineon solar products.

Application Engineering Manager for ChipVision a German based start-up within the Electronics Design Analysis (EDA) area. I managed the worldwide application team on multiple continents and attended numerous customer visits. Managed and prioritized new features for the product in conjunction with the CTO. Performed company wide, board level, and venture capital (VC) bank presentations.

TimingTool - 4 years (Based in the UK)
Founder & CTO of this EDA software company. Timing of digital products such as microprocessors, and custom digital chips has become a very complex task with the high frequencies involved.

Products include “TimingTool Lite”, a free to use Java Applet based timing diagram editor which requires no download or installation. This gave the “Cloud” experience over 10 years ago with the timing diagrams being saved on the TimingTool LAMP server. The full “TimingTool” product also Java based due to a major requirement of being platform independent, is still current and being successfully sold into the electronics industry.
I have been a consultant for the digital design community for many companies across Europe. This includes well known industry names such as (Sony, Philips, and Infineon) and a host of smaller companies. Industry sectors include solar, consumer electronics, medical equipment, automotive and aerospace.
