13 years proving this across fintech, banking, telecom, and e-commerce — coaching from delivery teams to CXOs, always from what the data shows rather than what a framework prescribes. Two acquired companies with zero shared culture became one functioning organisation over 4.5 years, using exactly this instinct.
Recently pointed the same instinct at myself — no coding background, so every system meant learning by doing, not theory: a live PWA, single- and multi-agent systems, built from scratch. I coach teams through unfamiliar change, so I put myself through it first. Seven systems shipped this way — proof I know what AI adoption feels like from the inside before I ask a team to.
