Worked with a confidential client on a four-month cybersecurity assessment and remediation project as part of its preparation to enter the European market.

- Reviewed a third-party security assessment covering 130+ controls and identified the main security and compliance gaps.

- Compared assessment findings against existing policies, technical controls, and available evidence.

- Built a prioritized remediation plan covering access control, encryption, endpoint security, monitoring, awareness training, asset management, and incident response.

- Mapped remediation work to ISO/IEC 27001 and ICT risk-management and incident-reporting requirements, and analyzed the assessment scoring to prioritize the most impactful changes.

Design and implementation of a key management system for distributed storage environments, plus a benchmarking setup for comparing system architectures under controlled load. Built functionally equivalent monolithic and microservice variants for controlled architectural comparison. Developed a reproducible benchmark harness using open-loop workload generation. Measured p50, p95, p99 latency, throughput, error rates and saturation behaviour.
