Developed an enterprise-level model to map products, value creation, organizational responsibilities and dependencies across a complex engineering organization. Analysed organizational structures and development processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies and barriers to data-driven product development, creating transparency to support organizational transformation and resource decisions.
