Production LLM applications, RAG pipelines and agentic workflows (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-weight models; embeddings, Qdrant, structured outputs, tool calling, MCP). End-to-end delivery: Python/FastAPI and TypeScript integration, automated testing, deployment, monitoring, handover. Controlled execution layers connecting models to databases, APIs, CRM/admin tools, documents and legacy systems with permission-aware tools, human approvals, audit trails and idempotent runtimes. LLM evaluation suites (benchmark cases, baseline vs guarded comparisons, prompt regression, groundedness/abstention gates). Selected systems: policy-controlled MCP/tool gateway; agentic operations cockpit with PLAN → EXECUTE → COMPOSE orchestration; legal RAG over legislation and ~1M court judgments; rebuilt public-finance and HR platforms (130 automated tests); tax-administration lab with 26 APIs and Oracle/PostgreSQL shadow architecture.
