Über mich
Most recently I spent three years at HP, co-leading a multi-region Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ERP and customer service transformation across EMEA, AMS and APJ, and running the change, training and enablement workstream end to end - 95% training completion and 90% assessment success globally, measured on adoption rather than deployment.
Before moving into enterprise transformation I spent a decade delivering capital and EPC projects: refinery process design at Neftegazproekt, turbines and rotating equipment for power generation at Howden, water treatment and process plant engineering at Chemoprojekt. I am a process engineer by training, with a PhD in mathematical modelling.
That combination is what I bring: I can hold a steering committee and talk to engineers and operators as a peer. It is usually the second half that decides whether a transformation is actually adopted on the shop floor rather than only signed off at head office.
I am engaged either as the program or project lead, or as the change and adoption specialist a delivery team is missing.
