Developed and improved inspection routines to detect LED-related defects on the electronic board. Debugged and optimised the inspection software to improve reliability and reduce machine cycle time. Configured Festo motion axes to position the product fixture and inspection camera accurately, and set up barcode reading with AutoID Navigator. Integrated communication with the Sherpa MES to exchange production data and inspection results, and contributed to overall machine integration and functional validation.
