I am a Local Head of Operations (Allianz Technology, Executive Level) with more than 20 years of Consultancy, IT Project Management, Line Management and, most recently, IT & AI Governance experience.
Offering profound methodological, regulatory and social skills, proven in strategic IT programmes / projects and, currently, in building up IT and AI Governance for a global Allianz IT organisation in line with DORA and the EU AI Act.
My core focus areas are IT & AI Governance (EU AI Act, DORA), KPI Management, Leadership/Coaching and Project/Programme Management. I am interculturally experienced and – as multi-speaker – can benefit customers in strategic international / global projects with high complexity.
