In this role, I was responsible for all new product development projects for the Fittings business of GROHE, American Standard, and INAX. I led 25
managers across three departments in Asia, Europe, and the US, managing a portfolio of >150 NPD projects with a first-year sales volume of 800 m€, including 500 m€ in incremental sales, delivered with an overall OTIF rate of 89%. Key achievements included the integration of the Asia team into global project management processes, the implementation of global PM standards in the region, and the introduction of automated reporting routines. These measures enabled regular management alignment across Board, business units, and operational stakeholders and supported a portfolio realignment that increased the average standard margin by 5%.

I led 11 Project Managers in EMENA responsible for 100+ NPD projects for the GROHE brand, overseeing an annual NPD CAPEX budget of 19 m€ and achieving an OTIF rate of over 90%. The portfolio had a first-year sales volume of approximately 550 m€.
During my tenure, I completely reorganized the NPD project management at GROHE. This included team restructuring, training and certification according to IPMA standards. I implemented a new project and portfolio management IT system, a new innovation process, a new Stage-Gate process, new standard reporting, a new collaborative IT environment and a continuous improvement process.
