4. Confident use of SQL and relational databases: SQL Server

Technical requirements:
1. Experience in data maintenance using an IT service management platform
Minimum requirement: 2 years

2. Experience in processing ITIL changes in an IT service management platform
Minimum requirement: 2 years

3. Databases and SQL programming language
Minimum requirement: 2 years

Task Description:
As part of the IT system landscape, the customer operates an ITSM platform consisting of Maximo (ICD) and IT PLC/Servity. In ICD, documentation is carried out in the CMDB according to ITIL. Necessary changes (e.g.: configuration changes, installations, dismantling, etc.) are initiated via ITIL Changes and documented in the CMDB according to instructions.
The services to be provided are data changes in the Maximo or IT-SPS/Servity processes. The specific orders for changes are made known to the contractor via the ICD change management application or as a JIRA4 task in the form of lists.

The contractual services to be provided within the scope of this service description include the service packages listed below:
1. Processing of changes in Maximo/ICD
Acceptance of the change
• Planning of the change
• Approval of the change
• Monitoring of the change with regard to the target end
• Documentation of the change in the CMDB
• Completion of the change
2. Processing of change reports in IT-PLC/Servity
Acceptance of the JIRA4 task
• Implementation of the change in Servity
• Documentation of the task in JIRA4
• Status change of the task in JIRA4 to "done"
