ServiceNow CSA/CAD Trainer - 5-Month Project - Fully Remote

Our client is a Berlin-based Startup that has created an educational concept for introducing career changers to the IT Field. They are looking for a ServiceNow CSA/CAD Trainer to teach one of the classes. This is an opportunity to work closely with the curriculum master and other trainers, shaping and enhancing the course content, ensuring it is always fresh, relevant, and cutting-edge.

Each class has between 15 and 20 students, is mainly online, and is conducted in English. In order to support this role properly, the candidate must have the following experience and skillsets:

- Knowledge of common methods and frameworks, e.g. ITIL, PRINCE2, SCRUM, DevOps, SAFe, IT4IT
- Comfortable with speaking in front of other people and communicating knowledge in a practical way
- Must be either Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow
- Some teaching experience

The school itself is located in Berlin. But this is a fully remote role and can be either a part-time or full-time position.
