Workday Time and Absence Specialist

* You will lead Workday's time and absence expansion to meet the needs of multiple countries and ensure compliance with local regulations.
* You will work closely with the IT professionals and HR product leaders to analyze business needs and drive Workday adoption strategies.
* You will manage small to medium-sized projects with a pragmatic and holistic end-to-end view.
* You will configure Workday to support HR business processes for time and attendance tracking.
* You contribute to incidents/bug fixes as part of daily operations.
* You will be responsible for meeting all documentation requirements and developing and publishing relevant knowledge articles.
* You will also be responsible for all time management testing and providing HCM time management knowledge to the HR community.
* Collaborating with HR product and process managers to support the smooth implementation of annual time management processes worldwide via Workday or other digital solutions completes your job profile.
* Participation in a multi-year project to introduce a new time and absence and shift planning solution based on the ATOSS software with integration into Workday worldwide.
