* Your role entails delineating and executing the Workday Extend Roadmap within the IT&D HR framework in alignment with the HR strategy. Continuously monitoring the evolution of Workday Extend through keeping abreast of market trends is essential.
* You possess a comprehensive understanding of Workday Extend's sophisticated presentation elements, Advanced Data, and Orchestration Services. You assume global accountability for the operational reliability of Workday Extend applications, along with designing solutions.
* Conducting seamless coordination within IT&D and HR to gather, comprehend, and analyze business requirements for Extend applications is part of your mandate. You define project scopes and strategize their implementation.
* Your duties encompass actively engaging in incident handling/enhancements to bolster existing advanced applications and offering project leadership at a global level for advanced application deployment.
* You are entrusted with the testing, validation, and deployment of Workday Extend applications while ensuring adherence to internal controls.
