DevOps Engineers - 24/7 Support

We are looking for an EU-based service company that can offer DevOps support 24/7 (3 to 4 DevOps Engineers).

Details:
- Location: Germany and Remote
- Language Required: English
- Project Duration: 9 - 18 months
- Start date: ASAP

Tasks:
- Monitor, optimize, and improve cloud infrastructure performance.
- Get onboard (trained) by the internal DevOps team on the cloud architecture and components used.
- Understand the requirements and the steps required to keep service available and healthy.
- Understand/participate in standard processes: configuration management, change management, incident management, etc.
- Participate in regular meetings: KPI target review, process review.
- React to alerts and be on on-call duty for major incident management support.

Requirements:
- Solid experience developing applications in Azure.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD Tools like Github and GitOps-principles.
- Experience with AKS Kubernetes/Flux/Istio/Kibana/Elastic Cloud/Grafana.
- Experience with Change Management, Major Incident Management, Release Management, and Configuration Management.

The role here is to be on standby for X hours and react to incidents (depending on severity)
