Role and Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and highly performing salesy motion graphics, videos, and graphic designs for various marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, target audience and improvement of conversion rates.
- Conceptualize and storyboard ideas to effectively communicate messages and enhance brand identity.
- Produce high-quality visual content using industry-standard software and tools.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics, video production, and graphic design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet performance KPI’s and deadlines.
- Review and provide feedback on designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Maintain organized files and assets for easy access and future reference.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Proven experience in motion graphics, video editing, and graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant software.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality while working under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of motion graphics, video production, and graphic design projects.
