Role and Responsibilities:
Audience Research & Offer Process:
- Conduct audience research for targeted advertising.
- Develop compelling offers based on insights.
- Tailor ad messaging for maximum relevance.
- Analyze feedback and market trends for refinement.
Campaign Process:
- Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with teams for timely execution.
- Set up tracking mechanisms for performance monitoring.
- Manage budget allocation and pacing.
Funnel Building (Cold + Re-Targeting) + A/B Testing:
- Develop comprehensive funnel strategies.
- Implement A/B testing for optimization.
- Analyze and iterate on funnel performance.
- Collaborate on creative variations for testing.
Content Templates (Web/Landing Pages, Ads):
- Create and maintain content templates.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters.
- Update templates based on performance data.
CRO Process:
- Implement Conversion Rate Optimization strategies.
- Analyze user behavior and metrics.
- Test and iterate on landing page elements.
- Collaborate with development and design teams.
Performance Analytics & Data Blueprint:
- Establish key performance metrics and reporting.
- Utilize data analytics tools for analysis.
- Generate regular reports with insights.
- Maintain a data blueprint for consistency.
Industry/Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis for benchmarking.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Proven experience (4 years) in managing digital advertising campaigns, preferably in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
